Rowton Castle Hotel is without doubt one of the finest all round wedding venues not only in Shropshire but in the whole of the UK. Stuart Hay Photography has been recommended to the Hotel's clients since 1995.  As a business we feel very honoured and privileged to have been part of Rowton Castle's heritage and to have witnessed the hotel grow and develop over the years into the renowned venue it has rightfully become.

Since photographing his first wedding at Rowton Castle in 1990, Stuart has probably photographed in excess of 1,500 weddings at the Hotel.  Our vast experience of photographing weddings at Rowton Castle means, that no matter the time of year or prevailing weather conditions, we know the best outdoor and indoor locations to take the relaxed, creative images that we are renowned for.  The choosing of a photographer is a major part of the wedding planning process and is a decision that shouldn't be taken lightly.  Once the wedding day has come and gone, it's the photographs that enable the couple to relive their special day time and time again.

Rowton Castle's clients can book Stuart directly or via the Hotel's Finishing Touches or Late Availability package where he is the recommended photographer.

Finishing Touches and Late Availability Package

For Rowton Castle customers who have purchased the Finishing Touches or Late Availability Package, to book our services for your special day, you will need to complete a Wedding Photography Booking Form which will be sent to you upon request.  A booking confirmation is sent by e-mail upon receipt of the completed, signed and dated form.

Direct Bookings

To book our services directly for your special day (rather than purchase one of the hotel's packages), you will need to complete a Wedding Photography Booking Form, which will be sent to you upon request and pay a £250.00 non-returnable deposit.  A receipt for the deposit, plus a booking confirmation, is sent by e-mail upon receipt of the completed, signed and dated form.

Unlike many of our competitors, at Stuart Hay Photography we do not employ part-time or unqualified photographers to photograph weddings.  In order to avoid disappointment, early booking is recommended as we have to work on a first come, first served, basis.  Many couples book our services 1-2 years prior to their wedding day.

Couples are actively encouraged to visit the studio in order to view the full range of display albums and discuss their particular requirements.
